The inverting charge pump delivers a regulated negative output voltage at loads of up to 30mA. The device operates with inputs from 1.62V to 2V to produce a regulated negative output voltage which is the negative replica of the input voltage.
The charge pump has short-circuit and over current protection features. The charge pump can be powered down to save power when not in operation.
