10 GHz to 14 GHz Low phase Noise Fractional-N Synthesizer

Overview

The WEA1014S45G is a wide band fractional –N frequency synthesizer with the integrated VCOs. It uses a reference input ranging from 25 MHz to 300 MHz, with the use of a XTAL buffer / XTAL Oscillator. The WEA1014S45G generates RF signals spanning from 10 GHz up to 14 GHz. The WEA1014S45G has the ability to automatically lock into the desired frequency with the aid of an autocalibration algorithm. The WEA1014S45G is implemented in the GlobalFoundries 45RFSOI process and is powered by 1.8 V supply.
