256x1 Bits OTP (One-Time Programmable) IP, UMC 110 nm 1.2V/3.3V L110AE Process

Overview

The AT256X1U110MAE0AC is organized as a 256-bit by 1 one-time programmable (OTP). This is a kind of non-volatile memory fabricated in UMC 110 nm 1.2V/3.3V L110AE process. The OTP can be widely used in chip ID, security key, memory redundancy, parameter trimming, configuration setting, feature selection, and PROM, etc.

Key Features
