The ATO0512X16DB180AO14NA is organized as 512x16 One-Time Programmable in 16-bit read and 1-bit program modes. This is a kind of non-volatile memory suitable to be fabricated in DB HiTek AN180 1.8V/5V Process. The OTP can be widely used in chip ID, security key, memory redundancy, parameter trimming, configuration setting, feature selection, and PROM, etc.

- Program voltage: 3.55 V ± 5% VDDP, and 1.5–1.98 V VDD, 1 bit at a time
- Read voltage: 1.5–5.5 V VDDP and 1.5–1.98 V VDD, 16 bits at a time
- Access speed: 10-µs program time per bit and read cycle 200-ns (5 MHz)
- Asynchronous address, control input and latched output.
- One additional row to store any information
- Built-in margin mode and test modes to generate pseudo-checkerboard patterns
- Wide temperature: -40 °C to 125 °C read and room temperature program
