The AT4K8V150BCD0AB is organized as a 4K-bits by 8 one-time programmable. This is a kind of non-volatile memory fabricated in VIS 0.15µm BCD GIII process. The OTP can be widely used in chip ID, security key, memory redundancy, parameter trimming, configuration setting, feature selection, PROM, etc
