40nm low-power wide area SoC radio TSMC CMOS
Overview
Imec offers a white-box IP license with support on a multi-standard ultra-low power (ULP) 780-930MHz radio transceiver SoC. The analog frond end targets the following standards: IEEE 802.15.4g-SUN, Wireless MBUS, KNX-RF, IEEE 802.15.4k-LECIM. The digital baseband aims for compliancy with the IEEE 802.15.4g standard in mandatory modes for FSK modulation. The generic processor system including peripherals enables SW development and testing of the system. A detailed design report is available.
