Overview
The WEA15BG45G consists of the bandgap core with switching mode which produces a constant current Iconst and a constant voltage Vconst (switch on), Ptat current Iptat and ptat voltage (switchoff). The WEA15BG45G is specified over the –40°C to +120°C temperature range.
