Canyon Bridge Seeks to Sell Imagination Technologies

Canyon Bridge Capital Partners has reportedly enlisted Lazard Inc. to facilitate the sale of the UK-based chip designer Imagination Technologies. According to Bloomberg, the private equity firm is aiming for a return greater than the PS550 million ($681 million) it invested in 2017. This move comes as the Canyon Bridge fund, which owns Imagination, nears the end of its fixed term.
