Samsung eyes Rambus?

Marketwatch reported Friday (Sept. 4) that Rambus Inc.'s stock price rose 11 percent on rumors of a buyout by South Korea's Samsung Electronic Co. Ltd. As the report notes, this rumor has circulated in the past.
