Overview
This IP is gds completed and was verified by simulation. Silicon validation will be in December 2011. This IP is a 12-bit, 1MSPS, Analog - to - Digital Converter which is implemented with Magnachip 0.18um 1P4M CMOS technology. It contains a 12-bit, capacitor-based, Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ADC with a 16-ch multiplexer, sampling controller. The ADC is operated at a 5.0V analog power and a 1.8V digital power.
