SATA 3.0 PHY

Overview

The INNOSILICON mixed signal SATA3.0 transceiver PHY provides a complete SATA3.0 standard compliant transceiver physical interface solution for delivering high speed data over point to point fiber link.
The SATA3.0 transmitter and receiver PHY contain all SATA3.0 components including all I/O libs, high performance wide range PLL, data symbol conversion/synchronization/CDR unit. The high performance drive and capture circuit is capable of working in 1.5Gbps,3Gbps and 6Gbps.
