Power On Reset (Vcc=1.8v,Reset Time=1,2,3 Sec)

This UV18910 cell provide a proper reset holding time to the chip until the requiring system settle down for power.
Also give the wide range of power supply ramp time up to 10 second. The power on reset pulse width will be programmable by setting the address port.
