Bandgap Reference 1.22V bandgap, 1V & 0.5V Output
Overview
The ShortLink voltage reference and bias generator 'SL40LP_1V2BG_1' is based on a bandgap architecture. Two different reference voltages (1.0V and 0.5V) are provided for increased flexibility. An internally generated constant-Gm current is used by the bandgap and 4 additional outputs are provided for use by other blocks in the system. Detailed technical information available under NDA, please contact us.
