PVT Sensor TSMC 40G
Overview
The PVT Sensor is an IP block which monitors chip Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) providing a high accuracy measurement result. The sensor consumes little power when operating and, low leakage when disabled. The block includes a convenient output data interface. The block is powered from the core and I/O supply voltage.
