Overview
Optimized for Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC) 0.13μm Logic Salicide 1.2/2.5V process, S13V25_OSCIO_02 provides a crystal oscillator IO pad designed for low-power applications. It’s a Pierce oscillator which works in parallel mode and supports a crystal ranged from 2MHz to 8MHz, with the average current less than 0.5mA.
