HEVC/H.265, H.264 Multi format Codec IP for 4K 60fps

Overview

WAVE521C is a 4K multi-format codec IP to support both HEVC/H.265 and AVC/H.264 video standards. This IP core provides real-time performance for encoding and decoding 4K60fps, up to 8K (8192 x 4096, 32M samples), with single-core architecture. The IP architecture becomes streamlined with minimum logic and memories fitting into small-sized SoCs by sharing common blocks of each video codec standard. Thereby SoCs using WAVE521C are perfectly suited for applications requiring high performance with very low power consumption.
