SGC21913_01_GF_22FDSOI is a low quiescent power switch solution for integration on SoC. Offering soft start, output pull-down option (in power down mode) and power good visibility, it is specified from TJ = –40°C to 125°C, being designed to achieve 4% overall accuracy (over Load / Line / Temp).
