Overview

CT22202 is a silicon proven analog-to-digital converter specifically designed to accomplish the most stringent performance requirements of industrial sensor monitoring and signal conditioning applications.
The ADC is a 14-bit Sigma-Delta architecture up to 10Ksps with ±2 INL and a power consumption of 1mA@1Ksps.
