VREF Voltage Reference Nano Power Series (400 nA) - UMC 130nm

Overview

The SGC21303 is a voltage reference optimized for ultra compact ultra low power applications. The voltage reference has been optimized for area and power. It provides a temperature compensated 750 mV fixed voltage output from inputs between 1.0V and 1.98V. The architecture of the SGC21303 enables the reference to be operated at a ultra low quiescent current while still realizing good DC characteristics. Trimming is available for increased initial accuracy. It is specified from TJ = -40ºC to +125ºC and is designed to achieve ± 2% overall accuracy (over Load/Line/Temp).
