Low power 10bit 3Msps SAR ADC in 180nm~12nm

Overview

The Actt's SAR ADC IP is a 10-bit resolution, the typical sample rate is 1Msps, differential or
single ended multi-channel input on 180nm~12nm Process. The internal ADC includes sample
and hold circuit, a capacitive DAC, a comparator, and logic control circuits.
