SAIMEMORY And SkyeChip Collaborate on Next-Generation memory “ZAM” for AI

Kuala Lumpur, October 21, 2026 – SAIMEMORY Corp. (“SAIMEMORY”), a Tokyo-based subsidiary of SoftBank Corp. developing next-generation memory technology for AI, and SkyeChip Berhad (“SkyeChip” or the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), a Bursa Malaysia-listed silicon IP and silicon products company, today announced a design and engineering engagement supporting SAIMEMORY’s Z-Angle Memory (ZAM) program*.

SAIMEMORY is developing ZAM, a next-generation memory technology designed for data centers and other environments that require the training and inference of large-scale AI models. ZAM is designed to enable high-capacity and high-bandwidth data processing, improved processing performance, and reduced power consumption. Under the engagement, SkyeChip will provide design and engineering support as well as custom IP solutions for the ZAM program, leveraging its expertise in silicon design and integration.

The engagement represents an important step in building the relationship between SAIMEMORY and SkyeChip. Through this initiative, the two companies intend to deepen their collaboration and build a strong, long-term partnership with a view toward the future commercialization of ZAM.
