Overview

The TS_VBUFF_6mA_X8 is a unity gain buffer which has a DC gain of 110dB and a unity gain bandwidth of 6.5MHz. It can source a current up to 6.5mA and sink a current up to 4.5mA. The circuit features an Enable signal turning on/off the buffer. The bias current of the circuit is 2uA supplied for an external biasing circuit. The maximum current consumption of the circuit is 6.5mA and it is supplied by a 3.3V supply voltage.
