TES offers a new Battery Protection Over-Voltage Lockout IP in X-FAB XT018-0.18µm BCD-on-SOI CMOS
July 23, 2026 -- TES Electronic Solutions GmbH offers TS_OVLO_3V3_X8 which is a compact Over-Voltage Lockout (OVLO) IP designed to protect battery-powered electronic systems against over-voltage and reverse-polarity faults of up to ±30 V. Featuring ultra-low standby current consumption and integrated power path switching, it improves system reliability while extending battery lifetime in industrial, automotive, medical, and portable applications. The IP is available in X-FAB's XT018 – 0.18µm BCD-on-SOI Technology.
