TES offers a new DC-DC Switched Capacitor Boost-Buck Converter IP in X-FAB XC018-0.18µm CMOS technology
September 14, 2026 -- TES Electronic Solutions GmbH announces the availability of its DC-DC converter IP, TS_SWC_DCDC_3V6_X8, a 3.6 V boost‑buck converter that can be powered from a 2.5 V - 5.5 V supply voltage. It is implemented in X-FAB XC018 - 0.18µm CMOS technology and already silicon-proven. The DC-DC converter is designed to meet the growing demand for efficient, compact power solutions in low-current application.

Superior EMI Performance: Without inductors, electromagnetic interference is significantly reduced.- Compact Footprint: The IP saves valuable PCB area and reduces the Bill of Materials (BOM).
