300µA Voltage Buffer - X-FAB XT018
300 μA Unity Gain Buffer with 5.5 MHz Gain Bandwidth
Overview
The TS_VBUFF_300uA_X8 is a unity gain buffer which has a unity gain bandwidth of 5.5MHz while driving a 2pF capacitance. It can drive a current up to ±300uA continuously and will not oscillate while driving larger capacitive loads up to 50pF. The voltage buffer is typically used for buffering small voltage such as bandgap voltage 𝑉𝐵𝐺 (1.2V). The circuit features an Enable signal turning on/off the buffer. The bias current of the circuit is 2uA supplied for an external biasing circuit. The maximum current consumption of the circuit is 320uA and it is supplied by a 3.3V supply voltage.
