ARM still struggling with Win 8 devices

Despite the underwhelming news value of this year’s show, however, there was something to be gleaned from all the thin-and-light talk, with many observers noting that convertible Ultrabooks could, arguably, provide the best opportunity to combat the growing popularity of the iPad with a mainstream OS (Win 8) and a differentiated form factor (tablet and clamshell).
