Tsinghua buys stake in Lattice
Acquisitive Chinese investor Tsinghua Unigroup has bought 6% of Lattice.
Lattice was rumoured as being a takeover target of Tsinghua earlier this year.
Lattice's shares rose 15.5% on news of the deal.
