Overview

The HSCAN IP is a high speed CAN Transceiver for automotive 12V applications. It is fully compliant to the ISO 11898-5 Specifications. Sleep mode and local as well as remote wake up capabilities have been implemented. This offers excellent low power behaviour.

Implemented in XFAB 0.35µm process: XH035
Can be ported to similar High Voltage Processes
