Veriest Solutions Appoints Eli Dagan as Chief Executive Officer; Moshe Zalcberg Transitions to Chairman
May 18, 2026 -- Veriest Solutions today announces the appointment of Eli Dagan as Chief Executive Officer. Moshe Zalcberg, who led the company as CEO for the past 11 years, will transition to the role of Chairman, where he will provide strategic guidance and ensure a smooth leadership transition.
Under Zalcberg’s leadership, Veriest grew from a boutique design services firm into an international organization of over 100 engineers, serving leading semiconductor companies across Israel, Europe, and the United States, while establishing itself as a pioneer in AI-powered chip-design services.
Eli Dagan brings over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry to Veriest. He most recently served as Executive Director of Application Engineering and Customer Success at Synopsys, a position he held for 23 years. In that role, he built and led a global organization across Europe and Israel, overseeing $40M+ in annual semiconductor solution revenue and serving as a trusted executive advisor to Fortune 500 customers across the VLSI ecosystem. His broader career includes physical design leadership roles at Motorola Semiconductor and Texas Instruments, grounding his executive capabilities in deep technical expertise.
Eli holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, a BA in Computers and Management Administration, and a Director certification from the Israel Management Center (IMC).
“Eli’s appointment marks a pivotal moment in Veriest’s evolution. I’m proud of the technical excellence, customer trust, and pioneering position in AI-powered semiconductor design and verification that the Veriest team has built. Eli has spent his career at exactly that intersection — delivering complex technical solutions and building trust at the executive level. I have every confidence in his ability to lead Veriest into this exciting next chapter.”
Moshe Zalcberg, Chairman
“I am honored to join Veriest Solutions at such a dynamic moment for our industry. The convergence of AI and semiconductor design is creating entirely new opportunities — and entirely new demands on the services companies rely on. I look forward to working with the team and our customers to build on Veriest’s exceptional foundation and accelerate our growth.”
Eli Dagan, Chief Executive Officer
Moshe Zalcberg and Eli Dagan will be attending the TSMC European Technology Symposium (Amsterdam, May 28) and the Design Automation Conference — DAC (Long Beach, July 26–29), where they welcome the opportunity to meet with customers, partners, and industry colleagues.
