Hantro Announces the Availability of a Full Suite of DirectShow Filters for Windows Mobile and Windows CE 5.0
Enabling the fast deployment of multimedia in Windows Mobile and CE-based Handsets
June 19th, 2006 -- Hantro, the leading provider of video technology for mobile handsets, announced today the availability of DirectShow filters for Microsoft Windows Mobile and CE-based handsets. Providing encode and decode support for MPEG-4, H.263 and H.264 / AVC video standards, GSM-AMR and AAC+ audio support, .3gp /.mp4 file format and 3GPP compliant streaming, the filters enable maximum compatibility and the fast deployment of leading edge wireless multimedia applications such as mobile TV, video telephony, camcorder, streaming and file playback.
Implemented as individual DirectShow compatible filters (DLL), Hantro’s modules can be used alongside other formats and components providing total flexibility for application development and aftermarket feature enhancement.

Hantro’s DirectShow filters are extensively tested in IMTC and MPEGIF and are available for ARM 7/9/11 and Intel processors.
