Brite DDR (Double Data Rate SDRAM) IO libraries cover wide range of DDR standards, from DDR2 to DDR4 and LPDDR2 to LPDDR4X with the data rate from 200Mbps to 4266Mbps. Brite provides competitive features of DDR IO, including OCD, ODT, DCC and VREF calibration and TX de-emphasis options, to achieve high speed performance, low jitter, low power and compact cell size.
ONFI IO
ONFI (Open NAND Flash Interface) IO is applied for NAND flash memory interface. Brite ONFI IO libraries are compliant to ONFI 4.2/4.0/3.2 standards with ODT (On-Die Termination) and impedance calibration functions.
LVDS IO
LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) IO can be applied for various die-to-die interface communication. Brite LVDS IO libraries can support data rate up to 2000Mbps with 2.5V and 1.8V power.
