The AT22PXTL0000F32KV18A0 is a crystal (Xtal) oscillator IP for 32kHz clock generation using TSMC's T22ULP (22nm Ultra-Low Power) process technology.
Key features
- 32.768kHz, clock generation with crystal resonator
- External clock input mode (XOUT/XBYP) is supported
- Clock noise filter is not included
- Power-down mode is supported
- Includes the feedback resistor (Rfb)
- Rfb can be cut off
- Does not include the dumping resistor (Rd) and the internal cap
- Supply voltage
- Analog: 1.60V to 1.98V
- Load capacitance (CL) of the external Xtal: 4pF to 12.5pF
- Process: TSMC T22ULP
