XTAL oscillator in TSMC-7nm
XTAL oscillator family available in TSMC : 7, 12, 28, 65, 130nm
Overview
OSC (XTAL) : Oscillator is a device with a quartz crystal to generate stable and accurate frequency
XTAL : Crystal
This crystal oscillator employs hybrid IC, crystal technology and designed to be used in CMOS logic family.
This model has excellent duty cycle, great fan out capability, low power consumption, which is useful for a variety of application.
The ARKCHIPS_OSC has programmable drive current strength control and internal resistor trimming, which allows it to be adapted to various crystal characteristics and load condition.
This IP supports bypass mode for system-level flexibility.
The ARKCHIPS_OSC support either an external crystal resonator connected across the XI and XO pins, or an external CMOS-level oscillator connected to XI pin only.
