Templeton quits ARM board to lead startup

LONDON — Mark Templeton, former president and chief executive officer of Artisan Components Inc., who joined the board of directors of ARM Holdings plc (Cambridge, England) in December 2004 under the terms of an acquisition deal, has quit so that he can lead a startup company, ARM said Tuesday (July 25).
