February 24, 2026 -- Quintauris, today announces a capital increase endorsed by its shareholders, reassuring their commitment to the company’s strategy, execution, and long-term vision.
The capital increase reflects a renewed commitment from Quintauris’ shareholders and underscores strong alignment around the company’s mission to advance the adoption of RISC-V through reference architectures and industry-ready software platforms. This continued support enables Quintauris to accelerate its roadmap, strengthen ecosystem collaboration, and scale its impact across key markets.
The investment will fuel the next phase of Quintauris’ growth, including further development of its platform specifications, expansion of its software ecosystem, and deeper engagement with industry partners. It also reinforces the company’s focus on delivering predictable, high-quality solutions that meet the requirements of automotive and other performance-critical markets.

Founded in December 2023, Quintauris was created to advance the adoption of RISC-V and enable the next generation of hardware through industry-ready software platforms and reference architectures. In just two years, the company has delivered its first two products and is preparing to release two additional offerings during the current year, expanding its presence from automotive to IoT markets.
With offices in Munich, Germany, and Granada, Spain, Quintauris continues to grow its team and capabilities, strengthening its position as a key contributor to the RISC-V ecosystem.
