Philips today announced a new wireless mouse, using proprietary 2.4GHz technology from Nordic Semiconductor
Oslo Norway; CES Las Vegas, USA -- January 8, 2007: Philips today announced a new wireless mouse, the SPM-7711, using proprietary 2.4GHz technology from Nordic Semiconductor. Philips has selected nRF24L01 for its ultra low power, wide bandwidth, and interference-avoidance attributes to design the wireless mouse with robust connection, long range and one year battery life on a pair of AA cells. The new product is expected to be introduced to the market in the first quarter of 2007.
