Kili Technology Signs Sales and Distribution Agreement with ATD Electronique
Distributor Brings Local Sales and Engineering Support for Kili’s Payment Processing Technology to Five Major National Markets in Europe
San Carlos, California – October 8, 2014 – Kili Technology Corporation, a rapidly growing developer of secure, low-cost mobile payment processing solutions, announced today it has signed a sales and distribution agreement with ATD Electronique. ATD will represent Kili Technology in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugaland will offer sales and technical support from local offices in each of those countries.

Secure Payment Processing Solutions
Kili delivers certifiable solutions for payment processing, security access control, authentication, and secure Internet of Things (IoT). By integrating its patented technology into System-on-Chip (SoC) ICs, firmware, reference designs, Intellectual Property (IP) and hardware modules, the company supplies the key components needed to build complete, highly secure, yet cost-effective payment systems.
Kili markets its certifiable chipset, hardware modules and related firmware to OEMs and component suppliers and licenses its Near Field Communication (NFC) IP to companies interested in integrating the technology into their silicon. The company also supplies all the necessary support for evaluation, integration, customization and certification.

ATD brings extensive experience building digital video, video capture and image processing solutions in the markets it serves.
