Acacia Subsidiary Enters into Settlement Agreement with Etron Technology America, Inc.
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.-- December 31, 2010 --Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq:ACTG) announced today that its subsidiary, DRAM Technologies LLC, has entered into a settlement agreement with Etron Technology America, Inc. and Etron Technology, Inc. covering patents relating to certain DRAM memory chips.
