SecurCore_SC300

The Arm® SecurCore® SC300 processor is designed specifically for high-performance smartcard and embedded security applications.

Overview

The Arm® SecurCore® SC300 processor is designed specifically for high-performance smartcard and embedded security applications. The SC300 combines the benefits of the industry standard Cortex-M3 processor with the proven security features of Arm SecurCore processors. The SC300 is currently the most widely licensed 32-bit processor for smartcards worldwide. The programmers’ model is the same as the Cortex-M3. Therefore, the Cortex-M3 documentation listed below can be used for software development. However, explanation of anti-tampering features requires a SecurCore NDA.

Introducing ARM Cortex-M23 and Cortex-M33 Processors with TrustZone for ARMv8-M

The Cortex-M23 and Cortex-M33 processors are the newest members of the highly popular Cortex-M product family. As such, the two processors maintain the expected characteristics of the embbeded profile such as real-time deterministic interrupt response, low power, low area, ease of development, and 32-bit performance. The security foundation is introduced via the addition of TrustZone® technology. The two processors, with such a vibrant ecosystem, will open the door for opportunities across many diverse market segments.
