IP 250iHP_PoR_01 is power-on reset unit which produces a reset signal after rising supply voltage to produce the initial state of the triggers. The block consists of voltage detector, power on reset and digital cell NOR2. The voltage detector is a comparator that compares input voltage with reference voltage.
The block is fabricated on iHP SG25H4 SiGe BiCMOS 0.25 um technology.
