OSC2802X is a 1V oscillator with output frequency of 240kHz.
It consists of an oscillator (OSC) and a current reference.
OSC2802X is a 1V oscillator whose output frequency (FOUT) is controlled by divider. The typical output frequency range of the oscillator is from 30kHz to 240kHz. The frequency selection is controlled by 2-bit digital inputs SEL[1:0]. The frequency calibration is made up by 8-bit digital inputs FSEL [7:0].
