High-performance reference current and voltage generator in GF 22 FDX
The ODT-REF-GF22FDX-SV1P8 is a highperformance reference current and voltage generator.
Overview
The ODT-REF-GF22FDX-SV1P8 is a highperformance reference current and voltage generator. The block incorporates a proprietary architecture to achieve high power supply rejection across an ultra-wide bandwidth, which is needed for high-speed data converter applications.
ODT-REF-GF22FDX-SV1P8 does not need any calibration or programming. If values other than the defaults are needed, programming capability exists for all currents and voltages. Default mode for current generation requires a 5kΩ external precision resistor tied to a bump.
The IP includes built-in calibration to automatically match an internal resistor to an external resistor. This calibration can be used in production test and applied to Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) outside the IP to allow for precise trimming of the IP.
The IP is powered by a 1.8V analog supply and a 0.8V digital supply.
