DC-DC BUCK: The SGC62 family of fast response, ultra low quiescent step down switched DC-DC regulator IP solutions for integration on SoC is the best solution for low power digital cores with fast activity variation ( where most DC-DC converters fail). The family uses advanced control techniques to achieve soft start-up, superb transient response, and instantaneous overcurrent protection. The SGC62 operates with output coils as low as 1.0 uH and any type of output capacitor. It is specified from TJ = -40 °C to +125 °C and is designed to achieve 3 % overall accuracy (over Load/Line/Temp).
