The OT3913t180 is low power, low frequency, multivibrator oscillator for the TSMC 0.18µ CMOS processes.
Resistorless, bipolarless design results in low area.
No external components are required. After a simple trim process a frequency stability of better than 3% is achieved over voltage and temperature ranges.

- 850nW typical power @32KHz.
- Available frequencies 10KHz – 100KHz.
- No external components.
- 60ppm/°C temperature sensitivity.
- 0.3%/100mV vdd sensitivity.
- Base cell area 0.005mm2.
- ±2.5% frequency error after trim.
- Simple trim at test.
- Supplied with full source code.
- Also available for TSMC 150nm, VIS 150nm, UMC 130nm.
