PVT Sensor IP
A PVT Sensor IP core is a hardware monitoring module that provides real-time measurements of process variations, voltage levels, and temperature across a chip. These measurements enable designers to:
- Adjust operating frequency and voltage dynamically
- Detect and mitigate thermal hotspots
- Monitor silicon process variations affecting performance and yield
- Enhance power efficiency and reliability
