XMOS Appoints Richard Terrill as VP of Marketing
BRISTOL, England -- October 11, 2007 -- XMOS Semiconductor, the creator of Software Defined Silicon (SDS), a new class of programmable semiconductor, today announced it has appointed Richard Terrill as Executive Vice President of Marketing. Bringing more than 20 years of high technology marketing and engineering experience in Silicon Valley, Terrill will handle the firm's worldwide marketing and product planning activities.
Terrill joins XMOS from Velogix, where he was Vice President of Marketing. He was previously with Xilinx, where he was responsible for worldwide strategic marketing, and has held senior management positions at Lightspeed, Cadence and Altera.
