Tudor Brown: Lessons From Arm

In the opening speech today at Silicon Catalyst’s event in London at the Royal Institute to present its third cohort under the ChipStart U.K. program, Tudor Brown, one of the founders of Arm, said: “What made Arm successful was not the technology—it was the business model.”
In his talk, Brown gave many useful tips to the room full of entrepreneurs, investors and advisors. We summarize some of his wisdom in taking ideas to market, winning customers, company culture, hiring, processes and exit strategy.
