ICTK Partners with Jiran Security to Drive Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Migration

  • Establishes a one-stop security framework covering crypto asset discovery, vulnerability analysis, and PQC/PUF-based infrastructure deployment
  • Launches joint project 'Q-BRIDGE' to accelerate post-quantum cryptography migration and Crypto Discovery services
  • Expands collaboration to PQC roadmaps, field testing, and joint government R&D proposals

SEOUL, South Korea – September 18, 2026 – ICTK (KOSDAQ: 456010, CEO Justine J. Lee), a next-generation quantum security fabless company, announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Jiran Security (CEO Won-hee Cho) to jointly pursue post-quantum cryptography (PQC) migration and Crypto Discovery initiatives.

Jiran Security is an information security specialist providing a comprehensive suite of solutions, including email, document, and mobile security, as well as malware threat response. The company serves over 6,000 clients in South Korea across the public, financial, enterprise, and education sectors. Leveraging its proprietary 'Crypto Discovery' solution, Jiran Security assesses organizational cryptographic assets and vulnerability risks to support seamless PQC migration.

Under the project name 'Q-BRIDGE,' the strategic partnership aims to build an end-to-end business model tailored for the quantum computing era. The framework guides organizations through identifying cryptographic assets, analyzing quantum vulnerabilities, deploying PQC-based trust infrastructure, validating performance via field testing, and completing full system migration.

Within this partnership, ICTK will focus on security hardware that integrates PQC with PUF (Physically Unclonable Function)-based Hardware Root of Trust. ICTK will handle the design, supply, and integration of Certificate Authorities (CA), Key Management Systems (KMS), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), and VPNs, while overseeing interoperability, security verification, and ongoing technical support.

Jiran Security will oversee overall business operations, including business planning, client engagement, and joint project bidding. The company will also lead diagnostic and consulting services—utilizing Crypto Discovery to analyze assets, evaluate risks, and recommend actionable migration steps.

Combining their respective expertise, both companies will jointly develop PQC migration roadmaps, conduct Proof-of-Concept (PoC) field tests for interoperability and performance, and submit joint proposals for government and public-sector R&D projects.

"By integrating our PUF-based Hardware Root of Trust with Jiran Security's diagnostic and consulting capabilities, we can offer an all-in-one solution that addresses the practical migration challenges organizations face," said Kiyong Kim, Head of ICTK's Solution Development Division. "Through this agreement, we aim to deliver tangible business results in the emerging PQC migration market."

Sangjun Lee, CTO of Jiran Security, added, "The first step in PQC migration is accurately auditing an organization's current cryptographic assets and identifying priority targets. Partnering with ICTK enables us to build a comprehensive framework that connects initial risk assessment directly to actual PQC implementation and verification."
