Atmel selects Mixed Signal IP from Silicon & Software Systems for CMOS Imaging Solutions
- Silicon & Software Systems Ltd (S3), a leading supplier of licensable mixed signal solutions, today announced that Atmel. Corporation (NASDAQ: ATML), a global leader in the development and fabrication of advanced semiconductor solutions, has licensed S3's mixed signal IP for their CMOS Camera Module imaging solution.
As part of the agreement, S3's high performance low power A/D converter has been optimized by their experienced mixed signal design team to meet Atmel's stringent requirements for the Camera Module.
