Arasan moves Corporate Headquarters to New San Jose Location.

San Jose, California – January 2, 2009 – Arasan Chip Systems, Inc., “Arasan” a leader in Intellectual Property (IP) solutions – IP cores, Verification IP (VIP), Software Drivers and Stacks and Hardware Solutions, today announced it has relocated its corporate headquarters and expanded its development operation in order to support growing demand. The new offices are located at 2010 N. First Street, Suite 510, San Jose, CA 95131.

Arasan is the premier developer of the Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPISM) protocol specification as well as the leader in embedded and external memory and Input/Output (I/O) controllers – SD/SDIO, MMC, CF/CF+, MS/MSPro, xD, SLC/MLC NAND and others key technologies, designed to meet the current demands of the mobile phone and portable consumer market. With the increased demand for these IPs and other connectivity IPs, like USB 2.0/3.0 and PCIe from markets such as Japan and Asia, the expansion provides for the development of next generation products.
